It is basically an unread post count mod, but with a little difference that really makes it shine! Any thread you've visited gets tracked for new posts since your last visit. When a new post is made to that thread, a little red number appears beside the replies count notifying how many you haven't seen. And here's the kicker: clicking the thread topic link brings you right down to the first unread post of that thread... Its an amazing mod in practice, cuts browsing time nearly in half!

Does anyone know if this exists for vBulletin?

By default vB already provide an icon to click to bring you to the first unread post. Just no counter of how many unread replies.

Thanks for the answer. My next logical question is wether or not this would be hard to code or possible in vbulletin?
