Problem with cookies
Hi
I noticed that when I viewed who's online it would sometimes says 'Guest - Error logging in' It puzzled me as to why a guest would be trying to log in so I checked the IP and it was the same as one of my members. This has happened to several of my members. I emailed them to ask if they were having difficulties logging on but it was infact the opposite, they couldn't log out? Another problem I have is that one or two of my members can't click the remember me box as it won't allow it. Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong? |

Did you revert all your templates when you upgraded to 3.5.0?

I don't know I had only just installed my vbulletin and I upgraded it straight away to 3.5 so not to cause disruption after I made my forum go live.

No, not that I can see. Where would it say it?

It would mention if the template was edited from default or not.

Have you installed anything prior to this happening?

Yes, I have loads of hacks installed. Any idea which hacks could have an effect on the cookies?
Tony G: I'm a complete newbie when it comes to all of this. Some of my templates are edited as they show up orange due to hacks I've installed but I can't see the word cookies anywhere? |
