Problem with FireFly's hack

Quick question guys, I have put this up as an april fools joke today and people have began to work it out as when you are emailed with a notification, it doesn't change their name in the email.

Does anyone know how this could be fixed? I'm guessing just putting the same sort of code just before the email notification is sent. But I'm not sure where that is done.

Can anyone help me?

I guess it depends on what way you look at it. The hack is 95% done thanks to FireFly, I just want to know how to end it.

OK, well I've found where the emails go out, just under:

Now I'm trying to work out just what to put and where. It appears the email subject comes out at:

  $threadinfo[title]=unhtmlspecialchars($threadinfo['title']); 


How can I get it to find =bbusername= and replace it with the person who is receiving it nickname.

I noticed that the bbuserinfo is already taken near the top so I don't need to play with that I don't think.

I also need it to change it in the body of the email as currently its coming out as:

Person X has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - =bbusername= - in the ABC forum of XYZ.com.

Why don't you just use Mutt's [you] hack to do this? It's easier and I have already done what you want to do with that.
