Correct me if I'm wrong but the Lounge was created as a forum where we don't talk about vB and forums and whatever else, but a place where we could talk about random things, life and Mists Kitty
I think the addition of a forum dedicated to the administration of your forum is a good idea. I don't see why it shouldn't be included as we have a forum for everything else. With this addition it'd just make vBulletin.org better as it appeals to a wider group. Maybe people don't like hacking or have no idea what they're doing, but they'd still like to get better knowledge on how to run their board.
