How do you reorder the groups?

Look at the Screenshots --> In the Usergroupsettings

But how do you adjust the placement of usergroups? And is there anyway of adding an icon or something to the right side like most skins have?

the screen shots don't show how to order the specific user groups in the legend itself.

1.) Edit the Displayorder and Activate this Feature in the Hacksettings - then the legend will be sorted
2.) Edit Template forumhome_usergroup_legend_bit

How? I'm sorry I don't see where to do that.

EDIT: I have figured out the second part of my question, but the first part of the question, is still a mystery to me. I am using VB 6
