Add flashing envelope PM notification

A very simple template mod that's guaranteed to catch the users eye, see screenshot.

Wouldnt it be easier to use vb urls instead of regular hyperlinks? Or are the normal hyperlinks safer? Lol sorry I'm a noob with this coding stuff and I've learned some php (I think so atleast) from looking at others work....here is what I'm talking about.

I'd add a screenshot, but everytime I try the newpm.gif doesn't show up *shrugs*

I tried to use this one, but my unser name sowhed up twice. there is a bug somewhere.

I don't know about that one, it's someone elses version. However, the mod I posted does fully work and is in the text file.

It will show only when you have a PM and once you read it, it goes away until you receive another one

I understand that. But in my forum, it sometimes doesn't show up before the PM is read. It may be glitch of some sort. I am viewing on FireFox for Mac.

And I may have another hack that messes with it.
