Is there a way to notify the ticket creator via PM when their ticket is edited/closed/replied to? That would be excellent.

That is not in the Lite Version of HelpCenter, available in Professional Version.

Great Hack, but there are a few problems i've seen so far:
1) In a few templates, change the align="left" to align="$stylevar[left]".
2) You don't have a vbphrase for the words "High", "Medium", "Low", "Open", "Closed", "Private", "Public". They apper like this is some templates, and in the helpcenter.php.
3) In the hcenter_ticket template you tried to do something with $bgclass, but the background is really not set.
Other than that, i really liked your Hack!

Yes that is correct.

You may need to manually add the helpcenter link to your navbar.

Thanks, Paul.
