DragonByte Technologies are proud to present User Status & Moods v1: A mini mod to give your members the option of setting Facebook-like status updates / mood.


Why User Status & Moods?

Sometimes, a simple "mood" isn't enough. DBTech's User Status & Moods mods lets your members put their current doings and feelings into a short message to be displayed next to their posts and in their profiles.

What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.

* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.

* Marking a modification as installed also helps us know how many people are using our work, giving us extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.

Major Features

In-Line Editing: You can quickly update your status either from your profile, or from any of your posts, all with AJAX and all without reloading the page.

Postbit Integration: Members' statuses will show next to all their posts.

Profile Integration: Edit statuses and show a list of recent statuses in a member's profile.

To Install:

1. Upload all files in the "upload" folder to your forum.
2. Import the product file via the product manager in your AdminCP.
3. Done!

Yeah forum home block would be very nice, I'm hopeful for its sooner implementation.

This seems very strange, but after I imported the product my ACP and forum drastically slowed down. All other websites were loading normally, except for my board. I tried several things, and everything was painfully slow, sometimes even timing out.

After uninstalling the product, everything is back to normal speeds. Is that weird?

I'm getting %20 between words.

I get an " Error: service unavailable" in VbShout Pro after installing this mod. Error dissapears when uninstalling so this is what I did to this mod for now. Pretty nice idea, though :up:

Just to confirm to the modification order I am getting the %20 in between posts as well - the only reason I am posting is so that you can see other people are having errors.

Will mark installed however currently have it unistalled due to this issue.

If we update some thing it shows with %20 for spaces how to solve this.Uploaded all files correctly and imported the xml tested in vb4.0.3

For Ex : I am fine shows as I%20am%20fine
