Unzip ?vBulletin_BlackandBlue_6? and upload ?vBulletin_BlackandBlue_6? folder to cpstyles in your forums folder (forum/cpstyles)
Before Logging into your Admin control panel use the option button to select this style.
Login and make sure you click install...

i cant hit the install button for some reason and how do i put this i cant seen to put it i have all the files in ma ftp

Unzip “vBulletin_BlackandBlue_6” and upload “vBulletin_BlackandBlue_6” folder to cpstyles in your forums folder (forum/cpstyles).

Then click mark as installed.
