Ajax based with:
Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)

What are you wanting to add exactly? Like an image or text?
If you are having problems with your avatars not showing up, or just being a 1x1 pixel gif, here is your answer....
The newest version of vbulletin moved the avatars out of the database and stores them as files. EVOCHAT looks for them in the database. All you have to do is go into adminCP and move them back into the database. If your forum isn't too large, it shouldn't be an issue. I've messaged vbDEV about this one.
Also, 2.4.2 has a very convenient way of integrating into vbcmps now. You just put

into a vbcmps template module. Also have to add the variables to the main cmps variable globalizer thingey.

Also trying to work with vbDEV... Anyone know why 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 doesn't show tabs? If I go to the forumcoding.com website, and click on a username in the chatbox, it opens a tab like private chat in IRC. On my site, clicking a username just dumps you into their memberinfo page.
Any ideas?
EDIT:
To turn on the tab thing, go to admincp>mgc evo options >command options. Look for "/pm command: Activate the private chats in tabs feature" ... Turn it on.
I'm having a small problem with uninstalling this chat program. Even though vbulletin tells me it uninstalled I'm still seeing "MGC Chatbox Evo : Custom permissions" in my usergroups and when I try to set permissions for my new chat program it gives me database errors refrencing your program.
Is there some reason that doing "uninstall" through the admin>manage products, shouldn't have worked? What can I do to get rid of your program completely?
Posted these on the forumcoding site, seems pretty useless since no one checks them.

I installed the chatbox, it worked fine but all of a sudden, the notifications(which are merged with the chats) are showing up above the chats, essentially acting like they are stickied. It is leaving very little room for the actual shouts. Anybody know why this would happen and how to get them back to normal(being treated like a regular chat, when a new chat is made the notification gets pushed down and the new chat is displayed on top of it)
I have the exact same problem. Is there a solution for this? Makes it impossible to use the notification system.

I've tried everything. Even manually editing my database. No fix. I DID notice however, that I can get certain channels not to do it... But theres no rhyme or reason.
