What this is and does
LDM is a general-purpose tool for managing libraries of links and files, and handling uploads and downloads in a flexible way, while tracking and control user access. It has a range of integrated media players and a large library of 'plugin' extras.
Installation and Usage Explained in the on-line Wiki, with a brief explanation in the file instructions.txt in the release zip. The recent revision history is given in the first post of this thread.
Please use carefully and always backup your database before upgrading. Post reports of problems and suggestions for enhancements in this thread.
14.06.09 Version 2.3.0 is now the the officially-supported version. Works with 3.7 and vb 3.8. Please post comments in this thread
22.06.08 Version 2.2.9-post1 - This is the previous supported version. Works fine with all versions of vb 3.6 and vb 3.7. All standard features except profile integration and forum prefix selection work fine with vb 3.8.

As far as I can see, you haven't added any entries to your LDM yet (apart from the standard test links), so there is nothing for the tag cloud and filestrip extras to display.
For example, the tag cloud is built using the keywords you associate with your LDM entries - there are none so it doesn't bother showing anything.
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

Any idea? I do have mod_security installed on apache.
These errors are generated by the new CSRF security features in vbulletin 3.7 and 3.6.10. As far as I know, the new LDM release deals correctly with the security interface. I suggest you start by checking your templates - If you still have modified versions of old versions of templates installed, then it is possible that this is the cause of the problem.
Andrew have the early issues been fixed now and its' therefore safe to upgrade?
As far as I know, 2.2.9 is stable and reliable, provided you use the separate version of includes/local_links_include.php rather than the version in the zip file. There are no reported problems which have not been resolved. (Of course, having said that, there will no doubt now be a flurry of bug reports...)
