like vb3 this is also a beta, ALSO i take no credit for this style the original was made by someone else for vb2, but its my fav style so i converted it for vb3

so give praise to him for the vb 2 style and to me for converting it ;p

there are some more things i plan to edit but this is looking real good, vb3 really leaves u free to edit and do anything

nice

the image is of the header and the header image is a psd file (included) so u can edit it to fit your own sites design

No updating the authors work with out his permission is illegal.

yeah but what if they remake that file to work with it that wouldnt be using or taking his work in any way

It will work now, as in it can be installed but there are some templates missing and it would have some extra templates. your more than able to install it your self and work out the bugs for your own personal needs

Colours cannot be copyrighted.

Sure images can be copyrighted.

So what are you going to if you visit someone's house and they happen to have the same wallpaper? Are you going to try and sue them?

As I see it, you can use the same colours but not the same images.

So with all the legality involved or not: is there a RC3 version available, I tried to use the gamma and I am not knowledgeable enough to tweak it.
if anyone can help that would be great

Is that statement just for this thread or for all the thread`s in this style release forum ??

As I see other thread`s where the styles are also not attached to the thread/posting!!
