Reported Posts Center

This hack gives vB one major thing that it's been missing: a central location to manage reported posts. Every time a post is reported, it will show up in the RPC. Moderators can then mark them as resolved.

2 minute install, the directions could be clearer.

4. Replace the entire template email_reportbadpost with:

$bbuserinfo[username] (mailto:$bbuserinfo[email]) has reported this post $post[title] ($bburl/showthread.php?postid=$postid#post$post[postid]) in the thread "$thread[title]" ($bburl/showthread.php?threadid=$thread[threadid]). $bbuserinfo[username] said:

"$reason"

This message has been sent to all moderators of this forum, or all administrators if there are no moderators.

To handle this post, go to $bburl/reportedposts.php .

I copied all the way to just before "done".


Also, Dont really get how to use it? So I just made a hyper link to .com/reportedposts.php . So it will open a new page, that page being the report center.

Although im having more than one problem right now, my moderators can not view it, and they are in the user group "Moderators".

Ill read the other posts above mine, and see if they will help.
