[DBTech] Live Streaming Suite v3 (vB4)
Developer Last Online: Mar 2023
Live Streaming Suite lets you host a directory of your forum's Twitch.Tv or YouTube channels, complete with stream status, live previews and direct links to users' streams!
Why use Live Streaming Suite? If you run a gaming forum, and a lot of your users stream content, you know it can be hard to get good exposure on Twitch.tv or YouTube for your members' channels. This mod can help boost your members' exposure by letting them add their own channels to your directory, displaying them in a nice easy-to-browse interface with multiple features that allows viewers to find your channels easily. You can also use this mod to promote your favourite streamers by adding channels via the AdminCP. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other addons available @ www.DragonByte-Tech.com/forum Support posted at our forum is generally answered much quicker. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you like this mod please hit the button to the right ----> Please remember to click the, button to the right if you installed the mod ----> What does 'Marking As Installed' do ? * It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available. * For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention. * Marking a modification as installed also helps us know how many people are using our work, giving us extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications. I believe this issue has been resolved @ our site - issue was that the root twitch.php file was missing from the server

DBTech - I've noticed a major issue, I tried to import the .xml file but it just causes the import system to HANG.
Any idea why this would be? I've talked with ozzy and tested his plugin/product and it installed immediately with no hassle. (Running vb 4.2.2 fresh install on php5 all files and server info is up to date as of 2 days ago) EDIT: Fixed, downloaded from dbtech website and it worked, but now i can't EDIT or DELETE the twitch links i added to it, it just takes me to a non existent page. |

If you're getting a 404 error, please drag and drop the contents of the upload folder to the folder on your server where your forum files are.

I've installed everything to the letter (afaik) and everything looks nicely placed however whenever i start streaming it still shows up as
"Stream Status: Offline Last seen streaming Unknown Game: on N/A" I streamed for 5 mins and the link is correct as when i click on the link in the "channel" field it takes me to our twitch.tv page Edit: I streamed for 10 minutes again and it showed. Oh cache why you do this to me. |

Fetching stream info can be a very intensive, and it would probably make a few webhosts grumble if we did it live on every page load Fillip |
