iQuote - fast & nice text quoting · **Released**: 08-12-2010

Features:

This mod helps to easily quote selected message text. When you select text with mouse, you'll see popup menu, which can copy quote to fast reply box. See screenshot.

How to install:

Upload file from "upload" dir to you forum
Import product XML
Enjoy

Notes:

Mod quotes a plain text. HTML markup will be removed.

This mod is developped here http://github.com/rcdesign/vb-iquote . Patches are welcome.

I did "backported" version at vb3, but it's quite ugly, and not supported anymore. It was done 2 months before my forum upgrade, and i decided to not publish it at vborg. If you are shure in your programming skills, you can use those source: http://github.com/rcdesign/vb-iquote_vb3_backport

Great mod. But you can not use right click of mouse. Can you fix this issue?

What do you mean? All links are clicked with right left button, as far as i know.

Fantastic mod! Tweaked the backported version a bit to style using the older vbmenu popups, and it looks great!

Modified product attached, but the YUI files still need to be downloaded from the link in the first post.

If your patch is better, you can commit those, and release for 3.8.4, sinse i'm unable to support both versions (that's why all my mods are marked as reuseable)
