For some reason that image is very blurred here, but I *think* the top coders and mods per month seem to be based simply on number of hacks released, rather than number of installs, I think installs is a more accurate representation of 'top'.

well, there would qualify a few more, but the count is based just up on usertitles right now (was lazy) and so admins/staff members or other special users are excluded from that count
