Quick question, when we purchased the license for 4 do we get ALL versions of the 4 build?

For example will be able to download 4.1 if we are currently running 4.0

If you purchased a vB4 license, then you will be able to download any version of the 4.x software that is released.

I had vB 3.8 installed and working, thanks to a lead to a person in UK I paid to have it done. I started the project and never got anywhere. I ended up in the hospital, had lot o stuff happenin and just couldn't get a proper start. Now I have vB 4.x PS Gold, which I actually bought in presales deal last year1

I use paypal if any consideration is agreed upon. I do have a monthly budjet for the project. So, if I can get some advise or leads to what could be my best help or option, I would so very appreciate it. I am invigorated and ready to get started. ANY advise or How to to send me to will be helpful too. I see the ones here and I found a few in another spot. I hope that the manuals will be of help to. I am a developer(from about 6 years ago,Disabled now) I dev in Visual Basic (.NET and MS SQL). I can learn still and understand some. I am not as great at web development. MEANIN php, &

it's still in 4.0.x phase , is it gonna jump to 5 all of a sudden or it should cover all 4.1.x 4.2.x ... 4.9.x and then go to 5 ?
