What Does This Hack Do?
Silver
This is an update to my 3.8.x version of this hack, designed to work with vBulletin v4.0.x. This is a simple hack that adds an extra menu on the navbar which allows your members to search for their own posts or threads they started. When browsing a forum there are additional links to view your threads or posts from that forum only, if you not in a forum, the extra links do not appear (see screenshots). There are no file or template changes at all, is controlled by usergroup permissions and is fully phrased. This was a request by odeezie in post #22 of this thread. vBulletin Version Compatibility
Silver
This hack can be used with vBulletin versions 4.0.0 - 4.2.0. For the v3.8.x version of this hack, which will also work with v3.7.x and v3.6.x - check here. Hack Support/Feature Requests
Silver
IMPORTANT: This hack is no longer supported. Install/Upgrade/Uninstall Instructions
Silver
The readme.txt instructions file is included in attached .zip file. Does it work in the default style? You set the usergroup permissions correctly?

I installed it, configured 'usergroup' options but no link appears in the navbar. Tried, retried then tried again
Is it possible that it conflicts with other mods for 'navbar buttons'? e.g 'Evisystems Tab menu'? Any advice? Cheers |

try deactivating that mod and see if it is working. if yes there must be a conflict. if not, you might have installed it badly

Great Mod. Is it possible to search by specific forum only. Just like vb.org, I have articles and Mods. When I go to articles Tab, I would like to find my posts/threads in Articles and when I goto Mods tab, I would like to find my Mods.
How to do this?? I would like to put this as a link in second level of navbar. |
