Description:
This mod requires users to have X posts to use the private message system. 'X' is admin-specified in each usergroup's options.

All the installation information is in the package.

Don't keep bugging me, it'll make me less likely to implement the feature. Also, it's not as easy as you think and time is limited.

Tried installing on 3.6.8 and received error when trying to update the setting in usergroups.

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'postsforurls' in 'field list'

Nevermind. I was installing yours at the same time I was installing another, and the error was in the other.

Is it possible to repair or to add allowed (before "x" number of posts) there can be to send PM's only to the admin ?

There is users that not entered to advertise in the system, will be able to communicate with the owner

like others here I would like that the users should be able to receive PMs and reply to MOD/ADMINs
