Custom graphics, custom hacks (which may later be published on this site). It would obviously depend on what the forum was about and what the owner wanted.

I am sure you would Unfortunately, if this ever gets off the ground (which seems unlikely) the board would be selected based on an essay from the board owner and a vote by all those volunteering time.
