Can you make it animated. Save it as a .png (animated) and a .swf (flash)?

Then resize a copy to an icon?

Hi, I figured if people are getting nice made banners I will also request one. I'm looking for a 468x60 with any colors, etc. If you just look at my site 420boards.com then you'll get a good idea. Hope the site isn't too controversial for ya.
