HelpCenter is a support ticket system made for vBulletin. It allows you to manage your members questions much easier, saving you the hassle of going through emails and private messages.

Features

If you have any feature requests please make them known at PaulSonny.

* Automatic Template Edits
* Turn HelpCenter ON/OFF and display a custom message.
* Disallow New Tickets to be created and display a custom message.
* Give your Ticket ID's a Prefix.
* Auto Open closed tickets when a new reply is made. (Now an Admin Option)
* Add, Edit and Delete departments via AdminCP, view Tickets within a Department.

Installation Instructions


[] Upload all the files from the Upload folder.
[] Import product-helpcenter.xml via the AdminCP.
[] Set Permissions for each usergroup via the AdminCP for HelpCenter.
[] Set Departments up via the AdminCP for HelpCenter.

Ok just installed and does show the "Add New Ticket" option in the HelpCenter Navigation box.

is it possible to "force" tickets to private by default? so users can only see tickets they created unless they are staff?

It is already selected by "default" in the drop down menu. Unless you mean something else?

Can we block the access of the helpcenter by groups ?

It would be a great option for me

perhaps i have missed it if it is already possible ...

Yes but I think one option is needed.

For example, yo can see the page : http://www.guild-heberg.fr/forum/helpcenter.php
But you are unregistered.

I didn't found an option like : Can View HelpCenter Yes / No

Do you see what I mean ?
