Updated to 4.2-b1: Since there were some fairly large changes since 4.1.4 somethings may look a bit different but all in all the style remains in its original form.

Hi, I'm not sure what your problem might be. Must be something with the language pack or a mod or plugin you have installed maybe. No title is used for that icon just a default tooltip when you hover over it. How does the default style look?
See picture below.
If it is the same in the default style you will need to submit a support ticket over at vbulletin.com for help. I really do not have time to investigate at this time. Sorry
After the last failed install attempt I've once more tried to install this and still it's simply not working. Blackend is selected in the Style Manager control panel but all I'm getting is the default vBulletin style.
Can anybody please help me to work out what is going wrong?
I am unable to select any other style on your forum. There is no style selector at the bottom. If you would like PM admin details to me and I can see if there is anything installed wrong or a setting.
Many thanks, I have PMd you my details. Incidentally, when I attempt to change the default theme when I select this one the forum doesn't load, so something has gone wrong again somewhere.

Very strange.. there are 1000's of people using this style i think the problem is certainly to do with your forum.. is it a new install / site ?
I was getting all kinds of errors on themes not working/displaying correctly after I upgraded to 4.1.2 yesterday as well. When I imported the new theme I would get a message saying
"Failed to write css files. Please make sure that the directory 'clientscript/vbulletin_css' is writable...Done" after I clicked import.
If you notice you are getting this same error, log into your ftp, and CHMOD the directory Forums/Clientscript/Vbulletin_Css to 777.
