Dynamic Meta Tags: Meta Keywords and Descriptions can become content-aware on certain pages like blogs and threads, increasing the relevance of these pages. External Link Handling: You can choose to add "nofollow" to all external links, preventing search engine spiders from leaving your site. With the ability to fine-tune where this applies, white- and blacklist support as well as optional anonymisation techniques, you are in complete control over your external references. Powerful URL Rewrites: Almost every URL found in vBulletin can be rewritten via powerful rewrite rules, enabling you to customise your rule set to perfection. The default rewrite URL settings match that of DragonByte-Tech! Sitemap Generation: Sitemaps can be automatically created for all supported URLs, and automatically submitted to search engines. Custom Rewrite Rules: If you have custom vBulletin-powered pages, you can create rewrite rules for them using this feature. Custom Sitemap URLs: Your custom pages can also be added to the sitemap, with individual update frequency / priority / last update date settings. Custom 301 Redirects: You no longer have to edit your server-side rewrite rules in order to create 301 redirects for your content. Content-Aware SEO Titles: Blogs, CMS Articles and Threads can generate SEO titles based on the content rather than the title, great for forums with a high number of unhelpful titles. Advanced Logging: Spider and Sitemap hits can be logged, and the logs can be browsed via the DBSEO AdminCP via the same intuitive interface used in vBulletin's own log browsers. I think would be good in this mod for vBulletin 5 because has many users who have the following problem (including me):
- have vBSEO installed in VB 4.x and already have thousands of indexed topics in Google and want to upgrade to VB 5 and not lose their already indexed URLs (as in VB 5 all URLs are changed). I would buy this mod (VB 5) for $ 300 or more.. |

I don't know if this is true or not, but it appears that DB SEO messes up with the vBadvanced CMPS when I try to click on the NavBar for forum.php as it loads the cmps_index.php by default. I compared it when I disabled this product and it seems to works when its off. Could this be a minor fault or does the DB SEO need proper adjustment in tae AdminCP?

In that case, you may need the Pro version of this mod in order to access the Custom Rewrite Rules, and recreate the mod's htaccess rules.

A similar issue, when viewing PM list in my inbox and I choose to delete them (or one at a time) from that view, I get redirected to random pages/threads every time. But, it works fine if I delete the pm from directly within the pm view, individually. Not sure why it's happening, but it's something within this mod since it was never like this prior. Has anyone reported a similar problem Fillip? |
