Well I'm still in need of a style. Someone said they'd do one for me, now they are no longer doing them, and I'm left hanging.

Here's what I need (again):
Category images
Button set to match
Good color scheme (Just the colors, I can type the hex codes in...)

What I don't need:
Header/nav menu
Installation
Coding

All this should mean the price should be very low. I've been quoted quite a few prices, mostly for a full skin. However, I did receive a quote for $120 for strictly the images. Can anybody beat this?
