I've emailed him with my Paypal receipt, but got no reply.
It's actually quite deceiving to keep the website up and keep receiving Paypal payments and not provide the products.
I hate to say this, but since it has been a longtime since many have reported sendeng money and not receiving any goods, it may be time to notify his host or paypal to either shutdown the site, or stop processing payments...
I'm not implying he's deceiving anybody, he may have died or something.

One way to do it is have the host deduct monthly from a paypal credit card, so if there is enough balance, it can go for a long time, especially for a shared account. As to domain name, many pay for a 5 or 10 year registration fee, as it's always discounted, and to avoid forgetting to renew.

Same here, since the guy had a good reputation, and unlikely to mislead anyone.
