Who's Chatting?

Here is alittle hack that I compiled and enhanced out of the source code aided to me by Mem.

This hack will allow you to display the members in
your phpmychat on the forum home page. Very useful
for allowing others to know who is in the chat, and
to further promote the chat room.

Requirements:

- phpmychat (must be installed on same database your forum is running under)
Can be found at: http://www.phpheaven.net/projects/phpMyChat/download/

- You may need, but not tested, the phpmychat
integration by Stasik, which can be found at

After notes:

I highly recommend phpmychat over any other chat room, as it is free and easy to set up. It works very nicely also.

Stasik's integration hack allows your vB members to chat with their forum username without having to create a separate one for the chat. I haven't installed just this hack, so I don't know how it works without Stasik's. Copy the user's table created for the chat room to they vB database and you should be set.
