I think that's the whole point of the mod..It caters for private sections in the forums so therefore you need to create a private group on FB..Posting to a page would that be private?
Why would you want private stuff in your forums all over facebook, when we know it's as easy to hack as it is to walk into an open shop !!
Still waiting for the same answer from the developer.

Well without getting into a debate about it,everything in www land is hackable no more so than vbulletin itself.I don't see it anywhere in here were it says "all over facebook" what I do see is in a facebook group. How you control which usergroups/users or what you actually use the mod for is down to yourself..
My facebook Group is larger than "10" digits" as well. Ensure your Facebook Connect app is set up correctly or else it will default to a 10 digit number

Yep, we had built this for a client and thats exactly what he wanted. With permission we were allowed to make it available to everyone.

Updated to v.1.1
I think I just solved this issue.
Install instructions
Please uninstall old .xml and install new one.
I've installed this on my site using vBulletin 4.2.1.
Initially, I had the synch working both way without any issue. After 2 posts on FB and then 2 posts on my forum, now there is no synch in either direction.
