change the "encoding=utf-8" instead of "encoding=ISO-8859-1" in xml file. reload the xml file again through admincp hopefully it would start supporting unicode as well
thanks, fixed that in the zip

I guess you are not using vBulletin 4.2. I added a check for that in the .zip. Please re-download

Negative - I am running 4.2
Same issue persists. I have hundreds of PMs and attempting to read my own in conversation mode. This issue only happens when I scroll down. At first, the conversations show.

I agree with that partly. However, this is a tool that can be used to track down sharing of things that shouldn't have been shared or alike. It should not be a day-to-day usage tool in any way. *improving first post*
i disagree here. sharing of what? if they're sharing in private..they could easily do so via email or anywhere else. if there is a security risk...ban them...simple as that. this type of mod should not exist. if you have it installed...you should put a disclaimer in the news/announcements section letting every member know you have it installed.
whats the next mod? seeing members passwords? now you can log into all their other forums and facebooks, and whatnot.
like someone said above...i respect the coders...but this mod is bad news. and all other pm monitor mods alike. There is no logical reason to have this mod installed on your forum.

you are right, i think its too dangerous to give admins such a tool. I do not want to be responsible to break other users privacy.
I removed the mod, please use the other thing i linked in the post.

I was thinking same way before, now I think that in some cases this is necessary. You are admin, you have right to check people who exploit your site/forum and take your members to other place...you pay server, you spend time, you...
So all in all you have right to do so, its like you are president of some country [maybe not great example ], if you have rotten apples you have right to know everything about them in order to deal with them.
This mod should not be changed like this, what if I had some issues, lets say uninstall one...cause of your mod I will have to contact support or ... why simply you just dont leave it with title and everything so that we have some place to exchange opinions and help to each others if you dont have time or whatever
I just cant believe that moderators/administrators on site such as vb.org allow these things to happend, remove your mod but leave thread as it was, OMG
