Thanks i just disabled vbseo, i don't see the msg any more but still pretty slow!
glad i could help but when you contact vbseo about this they will simply say change the host to better one . i guess this is not the professional solution of this problem . asking your customer to spend more and more money for the vbseo plugin rather than finding solution of it . but its just my view , i haven't use vbseo yet but read a lot of thread regarding this issue even in their forum .
I only have the free version so i don't mind i just uninstalled. The forum still pretty slow i am thinking it might be the host. I have TMDhosting
bad coding can be cause of the site too . free version ? i don't know if they provide free version for a trail or so . i think its nulled copy and good u already removed the nulled copy .

try to move your forum on hostgator but widout vbseo . that will work .if you have small forum
