Why is there no link to the Forum Rules of the in a Posting Rules?

Revert the template named Forumrules. That will display it as you have shown. Admincp - Styles & Templates - Style Manager. Edit templates on the Crastel Style. Find Forumrules, click revert, save.

I can't find the PSD's for the NavBar buttons - would you be able to please tell me where to look?

It is c2.psd open it up and edit the page
