Description:
This mod requires users to have X posts to use the private message system. 'X' is admin-specified in each usergroup's options.

my demands are the same

i need new users to receive pm but unable to send till they reach specific amount of pm, and it will be much better if they can send/receive pm from admin group or specific group

then it will be a great hack

Is there a way to allow new users under the post count settings to be able to receive PM's from a mod, super mod or admin and be able to just reply to that but will not be able to use the PM freely till the post count required is reached?

installed and working great! The suggestions by others to have it so you can recieve buty not send is great as well, regardless I appreciate the great work!
