This little plugin will display the number of articles, reviews and tutorials that a user has contributed in his/her profile. Note that it will display the sum of all the threads in the forums you have assigned to GARS and not of each category seperately. Although I am really busy these days, I made it for my new site and decided to share. It didn't take more than 5 minutes anyway

You need to have GARS installed in order to use this. GARS is not a free hack and it is made by The Geek.

Instructions

  1. Import the plugin XML
  2. Add in the MEMBERINFO template where you want it:
    HTML Code:
    Articles/Reviews/Tutorials: $userarticles[count]
  3. Save it and you're done!

Updated to fix the bug that displayed edited threads as beeing made by the person who edited them and deleted threads as normal... Now the count should be accurate

Excellent little hack, great clear instructions and worked first time!

one little improvement if i could suggest maybe for a later version, if you could make Articles/Reviews/Tutorials a link to the users Articles/Reviews/Tutorials
Oh hell i cant even write HTML so i dont mind if you ignore me or shun this message into the corner.

BTW i upgraded to GARS full version before i tried the plugin
