vBpad - Your personal notepad! (v1.0)

This will add a speical section to the User CP, called "My vBpad".

Started a reply but don't have time to finish it?
Need to save a certain sentence you use a lot? (*cough*)
Just put it there, and hit save!

Each pad can store multiple notes. Maximum number of notes can be set in the Admin CP.
You can also allow/disallow use of IMG code, vB code, smilies and HTML in notes.
Also storing the last time the pad was changed.

I was hoping that I could get fedback from you guys, and maybe turn this into something a lot better
So if you got any ideas, how this can be used to make life easier on a forum, please do not hesitate.

The link will show up after you have run the install file. There is no manual changes that you need to make to any files in the admin folder of vbulletin.

The link in your admin panel shows up because of the queries that installer runs and adds.
If you ran the installer correctly you should find a link in your vbulletin admin panel under Vbulletin Options that shows the settings.

Either run the installer again or open the original file and look around line 35 where it says

### Start install db ###

Below that is a list of the queries that are added into your database to make this work.

Example :
maketextareacode("Query to run","query","INSERT INTO setting (settingid,settinggroupid,title,varname,value,desc ription,optioncode,displayorder) VALUES (NULL,'40','Allow vB IMG code in notes?','padimgcode','0','','yesno','3')",5,80);


Etc...etc....

nice concept, i can use this to study my homework,
wonder if the screen node pad is sizeable? no one likes
working in a tiny area...

will vbpad work on vb 2.3? and upcoming vb 3.0?

I tried the install using phpmyadmin or something like
that, and tried to import, and it came up with
an SQL error, the install directions are not very
clear as i do not have that much experiance with this.

any help would be appreciated.

i installed vbpad, i am sure i done it correctly, but when it is ran, it only shows a blank screen... its funny, i setup proarcade also, when i run that, it also shows a blank screen...

any ideas?
