It allows you to create and maintain a whole range of elements like landmarks, places to visit or even people. The application is fully manageable from the control panels. Each specific category can have a specific colour code. The configuration is done by the administrator. He or she can edit/approve/add catogories name it, it's there. For each marker on the map there is also a full details page including support for the vbulletin full editor (wysiwyg) so additional information and images can be added. Use the menus to navigate through all the functions. Vbgooglemap Hotspot Edition is ideal for handling landmarks, travel, events or even giving your users their own page. It installed just fine for me....it's strange how my users have to actually input their info/location vs the database doing it itself...but i'm wondering if there's a way to have the hack show where the non-member users are logging in from... i know we can show them as a pinpoint, but there's no way i'm entering in all that data esp with it constantly changing.
any ideas on where/how to administer a default showing of users waiting for confirmation and/or unregistered guests? I keep looking but haven't found anything under settings (unless i'm missing the big picture?). |

Hi - this is going to sound weird, and I searched this thread for answers but I can't find it. The mod was working great until this week when all markers on the map just disappeared. The people who put themselves in are in the db, and you can even list them, but the little markers don't appear on the map.
It's all enabled on the backend. Not sure what to do. Any ideas? http://www.virtualorbit.com/vbgoogle...hp?do=showmain Thank you for this mod - can't for it to work again. |

I completed the install, but points don't show when they are added. Everything else appears to be working though. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this? I notice that the current markers window is blank.
Edit: looking at the post directly above mine, it appears we have the same issue. http://www.expatkorea.com/bbs/vbgooglemaphse.php |

Yeah, it seems we are both in the same boat. Please PM me or post if you get a fix for this. I would really appreciate it.
