Ok, I need to get rid of the white box, I want it transparet so it doesn't look this bad on my template

Its' suppose to be transparent. Your missing world.png image for that. Try putting that image from our zip images/misc/world.png in your themes respective location

If you don't see anything, try taking another look at your header template and make sure you edited it correctly. Also make sure your editing the theme that your using.

Question: .. Is there a way to move the notification bit to where the NAVBAR is .. ie. on the same line as HOME .. FORUM .. etc .. ?

The file Forum-Skins Notifications.xml is not inside. So I can't do . Upload Forum-Skins Notifications.xml to Admincp > Plugins and Products > Manage Plugins

Well I have the same problem. The world.png icon is not displayed and in the add.css code I can?t see any reference to that icon :S
