Okay let me explain to you then. I have users registered with similar names like The Gamer, Gamerz, Ultimate Gamer... and so on. Now that is pretty obvious that he or she user is registered with multiple accounts so I logged into my admin cp and searched for users under the same IP address (by going to Users -> Search for Users -> Advanced Search -> Registration IP Address and finally the 'Find' button). See, it's simple for tracking multi-accounts, not a big deal really.

babolo, if you could request this as a feature in vB for future versions on vB.com, then that would be great.

Maybe it's obvious for you, but for me it isn't, could just be coincidence.
As long as there is no evidence you can only assume that those accounts are multiple registrations.
That's what I wanted to point out
