quotes dont work right without a username... anyone figure the work around?

am i missing something here.... why the need to wrap the $message in a single-celled table? looks fine on mine without it.

apparently Safari adds some padding where IE doesn't. to compensate, just change to

<fieldset style="padding: 5px;">

and drop the single-celled table all-together

produces basically the same effect, but better code.

I'm made some alteration and have updated the text file to work with both names and no names when quoting. I know it's already been done, but I cleaned it up a smidge.
