where and how do I do a whois?

Also I dont think I'd need to buy it off him.... we're good pals.... but still I wonder where he's been all this time (insanctus)

he wrote abit of code for me but its now not working cuz i updated to the newer version of pjirc (what i use for vBXirc) sadness
