after reading the rules and copyright as stated by teck this is how it can be

That's 3.2.... the current release is 4.2. A lot of things have changed.

well wen i installed vb home i only hav vbhome 3.X there fore my version is not 4.X so it its not sed that if u dont upgrade the copyright has to ....

Log in to the database with phpmyadmin..empty the attachment table..then go in to your admin cp and turn attachments off.

BTW what kind of fourm you running it looks really nice.
