Sign-up bonus addon for Lesane's Store

The name basicly says it all...give new members a bonus or inital amount when they sign up.

They will not get the bonus points until they confirm by email link

2 X php file alterations
1 X template mod
1 X query to do! This adds 1 column to the storeadmin table

The code in register.php is a little different in 2.3.0. Look for:

$DB_site->query("UPDATE user SET usergroupid=$user[usergroupid]$dotitle WHERE userid='$u'");

and replace with:

$bonus=$DB_site->query_first("SELECT signup FROM storeadmin WHERE id='1'");
$extra = $bonus[signup];
$DB_site->query("UPDATE user SET usergroupid=$user[usergroupid]$dotitle WHERE userid='$u'");
$DB_site->query("UPDATE user SET storep=storep+'$extra' WHERE username='$bbuserinfo[username]'");

Bug in the hack...

My users were able to get the bonus again by changing their e-mail. The code needs to be altered so that existing members can't get it.

Not to take away from teh author because I am sure his is more complete but i did this by modifying the storep table in phpmyadmin...See Attached
