A lot of servers have it set up so that the server reboots when the load hits 50 or more. I'm surprised that yours allow you to reach the hundreds.

Keptic: I assure you that is a realistic reading, I've known TheMayhem's forum for a while, and it has one very bad server, one very high load, and a helluva lot of members

That load is nothing out of the ordinary for tM, at peak times, it takes up to 4 minutes to post one post .

PHP's default script timeout is 30 seconds so is this real or a joke? :glasses:

Logician, it's real lol, you're obviously not a regular at that site, i'm a regular, I visit once a day...it takes 12 hours to load the page each time
