That's because vb.org is waaayyy more helpful. And you get a response to your problem/question/request almost immediately. I only frequent vb.com when I'm bored.

I think design might make a difference as well, since Vbulletin.com has such a dull appearance (obviously though, since it's running on the default board for an example to clients). Maybe if vBulletin.com equiped themself with more than one style?

I wouldn't mind seeing vBulletin.org with a new style, possibly one custom made by Corey and his great talent? Or just buy one of those nifty styles at vBforumskins.com, although that wouldn't be original.

Chen deserves all the help he gets.

Also, vB.org is less formal, and since it's an unofficial vB site, people feel more comfortable here.

if you search for some very old thread, you can see a lot of guest accounts, so they haven't copied just the userDB.
also i remember i have clicked register before i was enable to post/edit profile and so on, but i was registred at vb.com before

And the point of 0 Posters: yes here are more, because on vb.com why register when you don't post?
here you have to register to get the hacks

I didn't have to register here and I know that many (if not all) of the member database was ported over to vb.org when it started up. FireFly would know more about this however.
