ok here is what I am needing to do.

ok now in the fantasy & sci-fi sections I am wanting to add news pertaining to each of those sections and some how pull it from my forums(http://www.sigons.com/talk). I looked at the pluhnews thing but I do not think it can do something like this. Can anyone gimme a hand with this?

these lines are the design-lines, they just fit in my site, edit them like you need it. You just need the variables
