I don't understand what you're asking.

There is an option to clear the status.

If you don't want an option to appear, delete it from settings.

The thread status becomes part of the thread title so you can't make it unclickable.

Could it be possible to have different thread statuses for different forums?

And if yes, options to setup them in front end of each forum would be great, really.

LOL, the pro version that allows this is being beta tested on my site at this very moment.

As it stands now, these are the features of the Pro version...

- Unlimited status definitions
- Define the forum each status definition is used in. (as opposed to a global setting in the free version)
- Define if the thread starter can change the status for each definition. (as opposed to a global setting in the free version)
- Define a usergroup that can change each status definition. (as opposed to a global setting in the free version)
- Define a usergroup that can see each status definition. (as opposed to a global setting in the free version)

Users can only clear statuses that they can set.

Example:
Status A has 'Thread Starter Can Change' set to 'No' and only UsergroupX can set this status.

Status B has 'Thread Starter Can Change' set to 'Yes' and the thread starter is in UsergroupY.

The thread starter will only be able to clear Status B.

So if a member in UsergroupX sets Status A, the thread starter won't be able to clear it and no status
options will be available to the thread starter.

No idea why but it doesn't work for me, I set up two options, then four options, set the usergroups who could see it, set the forums you could see it on, I even deleted my thread prefixes to make sure it wasn't them that was clashing. Does this mod clash with any other mod (known to).

Had a play around, it works in the vb default theme and also works in another theme I use, however it doesn't work in the forums theme I have selected, is there manual edits I can make so that it works properly in my theme?
