You have a mix of latin1 and utf8. I'd suggest setting up a test site and reading George's reply in this thread regarding how to go about fixing the issue - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...ng-up-properly Do that first on your test site before doing it to your live site!!!

When you create a new database for the restoration from previous backups, you need to set your database as utf8_unicode_ci
