I can confirm your issue.

This seems to be affecting people using Chrome / Chromium

It brings me to that forum (id 45), but from there I can successfully change the theme.

What recent changes have you made?

We haven't made any recent changes because looking at the templates I don't see it anywhere and its not a issue with any of the plugins.

Have you disabled plug-ins just to be sure?

Nothing with the template.... Not even a while ago? I did something once and it took about 1 month for anyone to say anything. The excuse was that they just assumed I'd fix it in time........ Not helpful when you don't know there is nothing wrong. lol

Yeah I've checked for sure and it's funny I have to display the shoutbox we have on every page just for it to show up. If I change the setting to forumhome only it doesn't appear. Something is real screwed up.

Bingo! Clearly that modification is conflicting either with another modification or template.

Sadly, going through everything 1 by 1 is the only way to pin it down.

But at least you know where to start.
