If your users are just posting smilies, and to the point where they would post a smiley and 10 periods after it, I think they should be told to smarten up. Those posts are pointless.

What does that accomplish?

I'd post that a new rule is being informed and that infractions will be given out to members that post like that

you are right the need to smarten up

but i can not give thousands of infractions everyday or delete so many posts or banned users for that....

anywayz i guess any mod/hack cant be done for that
