this is bcz i went to vboptions > user registration options > defautl reg options > message editor interface i see this Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor ToolBar
so this problem is not happening to new members but it still is happening to the old members |

Then why not tell your users to change it in the User CP? It's not that hard to do.
The only other option is to change it for ALL your users which means if they have deliberately set it to something else, you will be modifying that. Maintenance > exectue sql query > auto query > set to wysiwig > continue |
