Nice mod Joe

i just wanna report a bug and post its fix
somewhere editor/toolbar disappears, in example in vBAdvanced AdminCP -> Edit BBCode Modules or some another modification which includes editor

In Replace Templates - editor_smiliebox & editor_toolbar_on plugin
Find:
Code:
if ($toolbartype AND ($vbulletin->options['smtotal'] > 0 OR $vbulletin->options['wysiwyg_smtotal'] > 0))
Replace with:
Code:
if ($toolbartype AND ($vbulletin->options['smtotal'] > 0 OR $vbulletin->options['wysiwyg_smtotal'] > 0) AND VB_AREA!=='AdminCP')
PS: similar mods such as GTPosting Rules has same issue

I am having problem in conflict by using this hack and this
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ighlight=mviet

After I install this hack, the mviet hack is disappeared. Can someone please post a fix or guide how to avoid the conflict between the two? Thanks.

I am temporary disable the hack so that the mviet can show up.

I installed this and it is working very well thank you.

However, I am noticing alot of unused space. See the attached image for an example of what I an referring too.

Since the smilie box is no longer beside the message box. Is there a way to fill that space with the message box?

In the new location of the smilie box, the smilies do not fill the available space. Is there a way to make them fill the box provided for them?

You will need to edit the smilies settings in AdminCP to change number of smilies per row etc...

GOTO - AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options.

You can then change how many smilies to show and the number per row.

After installing this hack I am now running into a strange issue with the Downloads II add on. The editor for the comments shows the smilies as a horizontal line but it is NEXT to the message box instead of under it. You can see the problem here (as well as the attachment): http://www.forumapex.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=14

Any idea where to fix this? I have looked through all of the Downloads templates to no avail.
